Description

At J. Charles Swaby's Black River Safari, we offer visitors a unique opportunity to explore one of Jamaica's most famous natural attractions, the Black River.

Operating since 1987, our eco-tourism adventure takes you through the winding waters of the Black River Morass, where you can experience the island's rich biodiversity.

The safari highlights the beauty of Jamaica's largest navigable river and educates guests on the local ecosystem, including mangroves and an array of marine life.

One of our key attractions is the Crocodile Nursery Program, where we focus on the rescue and rehabilitation of crocodiles.

This program allows guests to witness these incredible reptiles up close, all while learning about their role in Jamaica's ecosystem.

Whether you're an adventurer at heart or simply a nature lover, a tour with us promises a thrilling, educational experience that showcases the best of Jamaica's natural wonders.
